1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and requesting a website preview, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MCL Agency (operating as mlmade.net) builds custom website previews using AI-augmented workflows. Previews are generated based on the public business profiles selected from Google Places and are provided for demonstration purposes. We reserve the right to limit or refuse preview builds at our discretion.

3. SMS & Mobile Message Program Terms

When you opt-in to the mlmade.net Notification Alerts mobile messaging program:

  • Program Description: We will send you one automated SMS message containing the preview link to your generated website when it is ready.
  • Message Frequency: You will receive one message per preview request.
  • Cancellation/Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at hello@mlmade.net.
  • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, design system, and assets generated for your preview remain the intellectual property of MCL Agency unless explicitly transferred via a separate service agreement. You are granted a temporary license to view the preview page for evaluation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Previews are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to suitability for a particular business purpose or uptime guarantees.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCL Agency operates.
